Head of Project Delivery

At Inflight, we work with some of the world's leading real estate developers, delivering marketing services for luxury real estate projects across the United States, the Caribbean, and the Middle East.
We're looking for a Head of Project Delivery to lead our Project Management team and become the operational bridge between our clients and our production teams.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates exceptionally well, and knows how to keep complex projects moving while building long-term client relationships.
You won't be managing software projects.
You'll be leading the delivery of high-end visual production services for luxury real estate developments across the United States, the Caribbean, and the Middle East.

What You'll Do
Lead the Project Management Team

Lead, mentor, and organize our team of Project Managers.
Establish project management standards, processes, and best practices.
Monitor team performance, workload distribution, and delivery quality.




Help build and scale the Project Management department as the company grows.

Own Client Relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
Lead meetings, presentations, project reviews, and status updates.
Build long-term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and execution.
Translate client expectations into clear action plans for the internal team.

Drive Project Delivery
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from kickoff through final delivery.
Coordinate pilots, photographers, editors, QA, production, and operations teams.
Manage schedules around weather, FAA approvals, construction milestones, and client deadlines.
Proactively identify risks and resolve issues before they impact delivery.
Ensure every project meets Inflight's quality standards.

Improve Operations
Continuously optimize workflows and communication.
Identify bottlenecks and improve operational
