entertainment. What youll do Lead, coach, and mentor a team of game
presenters ensuring high standards of performance and helping each
team member develop and grow. Manage day-to-day studio operations:
handle scheduling and staffing, monitor attendance, and make sure
all live sessions run smoothly. Promote consistent quality and
compliance with company and regulatory standards maintaining studio
integrity and high-quality output. Identify training or development
needs, coordinate with learning teams, and contribute to process
improvements to support longterm success. What were looking for
Fluent Spanish (native or C1) and strong English (written and
spoken) for clear communication in a multilingual environment. At
least one year of experience in a supervisory or team-lead role
previous exposure to live-gaming, entertainment, or similar




shift-based environments is a plus. Great leadership,
interpersonal, and organizational skills; strong ability to manage
people, schedules and high-pressure situations reliably. Comfort
working in a fast-paced, live-studio setting with variable shifts
