About the Role We are looking for a Technical Lead to join Archie on a full-time basis. This is a senior leadership role working hand-in-hand with the CTO to define system architectures, set technical direction, and lead our engineering and development teams. We are looking for a profile with deep full-stack and cloud expertise, strong strategic vision, and proven leadership, with mastery of an AI-first philosophy — someone capable of designing production-grade system architectures while mentoring teams and driving technical excellence across the organization.



Since our team and stakeholders are international, conversational English is required for this role. Responsabilities Partner directly with the CTO to define, document, and evolve system and application architectures across the platform. Set technical direction and standards, making high-level design decisions that balance scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. Lead, mentor, and grow engineering and development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and ownership. Architect and oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring reliable, cost-effective, and scalable deployments. Design and review full-stack solutions spanning frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Golang, Node.js) services.
