About Us
Integrated Neurology and Pain Management is a leading provider of comprehensive neurological and pain management care. We're growing fast — and we need a billing superstar to keep our revenue cycle running like a well-oiled machine.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced, detail-obsessed medical biller who thrives under volume and doesn't let anything slip through the cracks. If you're the person your last team called when they needed EOBs posted right and denials chased down fast, we want to talk to you. This role is for someone who takes pride in precision and speed in equal measure.
What You'll Do
Post EOBs and payments accurately and quickly
Review, research, and resolve claim denials — including appeals, resubmissions, and payer follow-up
Manage day-to-day billing operations across multiple payers (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid)
Identify and correct billing/coding discrepancies before they become problems
Monitor A/R and follow up on aging claims
Communicate with insurance carriers, patients, and internal staff regarding billing questions
Stay current on payer policies, billing regulations, and neurology/pain management coding requirements
What You Bring
Minimum 2+ years of medical billing experience (required)
Proven track record of fast, accurate EOB posting
Strong, hands-on experience working denials and appeals
Exceptional attention to detail — you catch what others miss
Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of accounts in a remote setting
Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and payer-specific billing requirements
Experience with Epic EHR and AdvancedMD a plus
Neurology or pain management billing experience is a strong plus
Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
What We're NOT Looking For
This is not an entry-level position, and it's not a "learn as you go" role. We need someone who can hit the ground running from day one.
