team in Bogotá, Colombia , where youll design, deploy, and maintain
advanced surveillance systems that support both public and private
operations in a dynamic city. What You'll Do Design, install, and
configure CCTV and IP camera systems across multiple locations
Manage and maintain surveillance hardware including NVRs, PoE
switches, and cabling Conduct regular system audits, optimize video
network performance, and troubleshoot issues Implement corrective
maintenance, repairs, and upgrades when necessary Work closely with
IT, security, and operations teams to integrate CCTV systems with
broader infrastructure Create and maintain detailed documentation,
network diagrams, and operational procedures Research and apply
emerging technologies and best practices in video surveillance Who
You Are Experienced with CCTV systems, IP cameras, and video
surveillance networks Solid technical understanding of networking
concepts such as PoE, VLANs,



and video compression Skilled
problem-solver, able to analyze and resolve complex technical
challenges Excellent communicator and collaborative team player
Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working independently or
across teams Adaptable and willing to travel to different sites as
