Role Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Senior HR Executive to oversee the overall HR operations for our growing LATAM team of 60-80 FTEs (front and back office). This pivotal role will manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, legal compliance, and employee relations, with a strong focus on supporting our dynamic Call Center and Logistics operations.

Responsibilities:
Overall HR Operations: Manage the day-to-day human resources operations for an office of 60-80 FTEs, ensuring smooth alignment between front and back-office functions.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, specializing in volume hiring for Call Center agents and fulfillment staff, ensuring rapid and quality placements.
Payroll & C&B; Administration: Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits administration in strict alignment with local regulations.
Legal & Compliance: Ensure all HR policies, employment contracts, and disciplinary procedures strictly comply with local labor laws. Stay updated on any changes in employment legislation.
