Description
The IT Sales Project Manager is responsible for simultaneously directing multiple cross-functional technology projects that support sales operations, customer experience, sales enablement, pricing coordination, and commercial growth. The PM owns delivery across the triple constraints of time, budget, and scope for low- to medium-risk projects and may support more complex initiatives under a senior project or program leader. This role manages an average of 3-5 projects, assembles project teams, builds and manages project plans, coordinates internal and vendor resources, tracks milestones, manages risks and dependencies, and communicates project status to business and IT stakeholders. The PM must be comfortable bridging Sales, Marketing, Pricing,
Finance, IT, vendor, and field teams while driving accountability, stakeholder alignment, and practical problem solving.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
PMI Certified associate in project management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (desired).
5+ years of project management experience, including IT or related business experience.
3+ years supporting projects in Sales, Marketing, Pricing, CRM, customer experience, order-to-cash, field enablement, distribution, manufacturing, or commercial technology environments preferred.
Experience working with project life cycle methodologies, including waterfall, agile, hybrid, and product/wave-based delivery models.
Experience influencing and managing cross-functional project teams without formal direct reporting relationsh
