About the Role
As a Compliance Clerk, you will be the final quality-control checkpoint for case documentation. You will ensure that forms, written materials, supporting evidence, and case packets are accurate, complete, consistent, and clearly written before they move forward.

Responsibilities
Review legal forms, written materials,



supporting evidence, and case packets for accuracy and completeness.
Compare information across documents to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing details.
Proofread English-language documents for grammar, clarity, formatting, and professional tone.
Confirm that supporting documents are legible, correctly labeled, and properly organized.
Ensure all materials follow internal procedures, approved templates, and quality standards.
Document findings, provide clear corrections, and verify that issues are resolved before cases move forward.
Guide and mentor team members, promoting adherence to best practices in legal documentation.
Maintain document review protocols and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Advanced English level (C1 required), with excellent writing, grammar, and editing skills.
Fluency in Span
