Role Description
This is a remote contractor position for a Customer Creations Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers through various stages of their smart home and security solution setup.
Key tasks include ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, providing comprehensive customer support, improving the customer experience, and facilitating seamless communication between internal teams and customers.
Essential Job Duties:
Create and set up new customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner
Verify customer information to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards
Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to support smooth onboarding
Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information prior to account activation
Maintain accurate customer records within internal systems and CRM platforms
Ensure adherence to onboarding processes, policies, and data governance requirements
Support continuous improvement of onboarding workflows and documentation
