RVStaffing, one of Medellín’s fastest-growing companies, is expanding its healthcare operations and seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and bilingual New Patient Coordinator to join our medical team. This role is critical in ensuring new patients receive an exceptional first experience by coordinating referrals, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance requirements, and supporting seamless communication between patients, providers, and internal departments.

Position Summary
The New Patient Coordinator is responsible for managing the new patient intake process from referral to appointment scheduling. This includes processing referrals, verifying insurance information,
coordinating appointments, collecting required documentation, and ensuring all patient information is accurately entered into the electronic medical record system. The idóneo candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and compassionate approach with patients and healthcare partners.
What You'll Do
