The role

We are looking for a Functional Consultant to join our team. You will lead customer engagements by gathering requirements, providing solution recommendations, and documenting key decisions, configurations, and action plans to ensure successful implementation outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

- Running discovery, consultation, and solution design sessions directly with end customers (hotels)
- Reviewing Delphi capabilities and best practices with customer stakeholders
- Assessing and validating current business processes and desired future-state workflows
- Documenting configuration requirements and implementation recommendations
- Pre-engagement communications, customer correspondence, meeting invitations
- Facilitating customer consultation sessions and workshops
- Producing detailed customer-facing consultation recap documents
- Distributing to customers and publishing internally within the required timeframe
- Collaborating with PM, System Engineering, Training, and Support

Minimum Requirements

- Strong functional knowledge of hotel operations, specifically Meetings & Events, Group Sales, Catering, Event Management
- Experience in hotel sales, event planning or revenue-generating event operations
- Ability to facilitate workshops, conduct business process reviews,



and recommend best practices
- Translating business requirements into configuration recommendations
- Working knowledge of Salesforce; Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent strongly preferred
- Experience with Delphi or a comparable hospitality Sales & Catering solution highly desirable
