The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with leadership to guide a motivated sales team, strengthen daily operations, and ensure consistent follow‑up and quality across all communication channels. This role focuses on execution, coaching, and accountability, with the chance to grow as our firm expands.
What You’ll Own
- Support, guide, and motivate a growing sales team in daily activities
- Ensure all leads receive follow‑up within 24 hours
- Monitor call quality, consistency, and effectiveness
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
- Run sales reports to evaluate individual and team performance, and ensuring agents hit their weekly and monthly sales goals
- Oversee CRM accuracy, lead flow, and activity tracking
- Monitor call volume, text messaging, and follow‑up metrics
- Collaborate with leadership to improve team performance
- Help streamline workflows and support lead‑conversion strategies
- Provide coaching based on data‑driven insights
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
What We’re Looking For The Non‑Negotiables
- 2+ years supervising or leading sales teams
- Proven ability to improve team performance through coaching and accountability
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Experience in professional services or legal industry strongly preferred
- Must speak fluent English
- Ability to work 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM US Pacific Time
