? Schedule
- 44 hours per week.
- Availability 7 days a week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
- Training: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
- Two shift groups available:1️⃣ Monday to Saturday (rest Sundays + 3 Fridays per month).2️⃣ Sunday to Friday (rest Saturdays + 3 Fridays per month).
- 1-hour lunch break.
- Flexibility required.
? Responsibilities
- Generate, manage, close, and follow up on commercial relationships through non-presential channels, mainly phone calls (cold calling).
- Ensure order placement, foster account growth, and contribute to sales strategies.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned clients.
- Increase sales through upselling and promotions.
- Provide proactive and continuous follow-up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
? Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience, specifically inbound calls.
- English level: A2 – B1.
- Strong call control and interpretation skills.
- Ability to pitch services and products effectively.
- Handle approx. 4 calls per hour (around 40 calls per day).
- Skilled at overcoming objections, closing sales, and upselling.
- Charismatic, proactive, and service-oriented profile.
