Case Manager / Intake Specialist — English & Spanish

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time, Independent Contractor

Compensation: $1,000 USD/month base (for full-time schedule) + additional compensation for after-hours intake calls. Compensation will be lower for part-time schedule

About the Firm

We are a Southern California plaintiff-side personal injury law firm focused primarily on pre-litigation personal injury matters.

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and highly responsive Case Manager / Intake Specialist to join our team on a long-term, full-time basis.

About the Role The Case Manager / Intake Specialist will be a key point of contact for both prospective and existing clients. The role will involve client intake, case management, scheduling, follow-up, and general administrative support.

The adecuado candidate is professional, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and conduct initial client intake
- Gather and organize client information and documentation
- Schedule consultations, medical appointments, and follow-up calls
- Communicate with clients regarding case status and next steps
- Follow up with clients, medical providers, and other third parties
- Maintain accurate and organized case files
- Manage calendars, deadlines, reminders, and follow-up tasks
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Use legal technology, CRM, case management, and AI tools provided by the firm
- Learn and adapt to new systems and workflows as the firm grows





Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Available to work 25-40 hours per week during Pacific Time business hours
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional and personable communication style
- Highly reliable and responsive during working hours
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
- Comfortable participating in video calls and using online communication tools
- Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility
- Prior personal injury plaintiffs law firm experience strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- $1,000 USD/month base compensation
- Paid twice monthly
- Additional compensation for after-hours intake calls
