? Patient Coordinator ?

Are you passionate about helping patients and creating a positive experience throughout their care journey? We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Patient Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for prospective patients, current patients, referral partners, and personal injury law firms.

In this role, you'll combine patient coordination, appointment scheduling, customer service, lead follow-up, and administrative support to ensure patients receive timely care and ongoing support.

? Key Responsibilities

- Schedule consultations, evaluations, and treatment appointments.
- Manage reschedules, cancellations, and no-show follow-ups.
- Serve as the main point of contact for patient inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with prospective and existing patients.
- Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Coordinate with attorneys, law firms, case managers, and referral partners.
- Maintain accurate patient records, CRM updates, and communication logs.
- Verify patient, attorney, and insurance information when applicable.




- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a patient-first approach.

✅ Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Patient Coordination, Customer Service, Client Relations, Appointment Setting, Intake Coordination, Call Center, Sales Support, or Inside Sales.
- Experience handling a high volume of phone calls.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) C1.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Patient Coordinator or Medical Scheduling experience.
- Personal Injury, Law Firm, or Intake Specialist experience.
- Healthcare Administration experience.
- Workers' Compensation or Insurance Verification experience.
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, etc.).
- Spanish-English bilingual.
