MARKETING ASSISTANT – CONTENT, CAMPAIGNS & AI
Entry Level / Junior | Full-Time Contractor | Remote
Languages: English and Spanish
Imagine starting your week with a webinar to coordinate, a campaign to launch, content awaiting approval, and new leads that need a response.
Your role will be to turn all those moving pieces into concrete action: identify what is missing, organize priorities, coordinate the people involved, and ensure that every detail is ready on time.
If you enjoy seeing an idea move from a conversation to a fully executed campaign, this could be an excellent next step in your career.
ABOUT CALDERARO LAW GROUP
Calderaro Law Group is a U.S. immigration law firm that supports companies, entrepreneurs, investors, professionals, and families as they make decisions that can transform their future.
We work with people from different countries and cultures. Our marketing must therefore be clear, human, accurate, and capable of turning complex information into content that builds trust and helps our audience better understand their options.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the department’s day-to-day execution and help ensure that campaigns, content, events, and communications move forward according to schedule.
We do not expect you to know every platform or tool on your first day. We do expect you to learn quickly, ask thoughtful questions, apply what you learn, and assume greater responsibility over time.
Your work will not remain hidden in a folder. You will see your ideas become campaigns, events, publications, and resources that reach people making important decisions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Execute the Marketing calendar and action plans.
- Turn projects into clearly defined tasks, deadlines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
- Follow up on materials, approvals, dependencies, and outstanding items.
- Support the creation and adaptation of content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Design posts, stories, reels, flyers, banners, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Prepare copy, captions, headlines, and calls to action in English and Spanish.
- Coordinate audiovisual content production when needed, without being primarily responsible for recording.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and support campaigns on Meta Ads.
- Manage mailing lists, forms, and databases.
- Support the organization of webinars, interviews, and virtual events.
- Verify dates, names, links, copy,
and document versions before anything is published or sent.
- Provide an initial response to digital leads and direct them to the appropriate team member, without providing legal advice or promising outcomes.
- Explore AI and automation tools that can help the department work more efficiently and produce higher-quality results.
- Review, verify, and improve all AI-assisted content before it is used.
- Protect the confidential information of the firm and its clients.
HOW WE WORK We measure twice before we publish. When we identify a problem, we communicate it and bring forward a possible solution. We use technology to improve our work, but we do not allow it to think for us.
We work as a team, follow through on our commitments, share the journey, and make room to enjoy what we do.
You will likely enjoy this position if you are someone who:
- Notices when a link is not working or two dates do not match.
- Would rather complete and launch a project than accumulate unfinished ideas.
- Naturally identifies the next step after completing a task.
- Is curious about new tools but does not trust them blindly.
- Can move work forward independently while recognizing when approval is required.
- Enjoys learning, improving a process, and seeing measurable progress.
WHAT BACKGROUND COULD HELP YOU SUCCEED?
- A completed degree or final-semester studies in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- One to two years of experience, including internships, in Marketing, Social Media, Communications, or a related area.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, email marketing, social media, and digital platforms.
- Experience using AI tools or demonstrated interest in learning how to use them.
- Availability to work full-time while coordinating several initiatives simultaneously.
WHAT SUCCESS WILL LOOK LIKE During your first few months, you will begin taking ownership of the Marketing calendar and outstanding tasks, delivering complete materials on time,
reducing errors and the need for reminders, and helping the department operate in an increasingly organized manner.
As you become familiar with our brands, services, and audiences, you will have opportunities to propose new formats, test new tools, and assume responsibility for larger projects.
