Job Title: Techno-Functional Project Manager

Location: Remote Role – LATAM

Job Type: 12+ Months Contracting Role

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Project Manager with strong Life Sciences Commercial / Pharma experience to lead commercial technology initiatives across Upstream and Downstream Commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Life Sciences Commercial technology projects from requirements through implementation and post-production support.

Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, QA, architecture, and engineering teams.

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, issues, and governance.

Support Upstream Commercial initiatives including:

HCP engagement

Customer engagement

HCP-related solutions

Commercial capabilities

Field-force enablement

Support Downstream Commercial initiatives including:

Websites

Digital engagement

Coupons

Loyalty management

Customer-facing solutions

Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.

Work closely with Product Owners on priorities, roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables.

Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Prepare project dashboards, status reports, executive updates, risks, issues,



and key decisions.

Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and vendor management.

Drive continuous improvement and ensure technology solutions align with Life Sciences Commercial business processes.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in Project / Program Management

Strong Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Commercial domain experience

Experience across Upstream and/or Downstream Commercial functions

Strong understanding of HCP engagement and customer engagement

Experience with Salesforce / CRM / Commercial Technology platforms

Experience working with Product Owners and technology teams

Strong techno-functional capabilities

Experience managing end-to-end technology projects

Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, governance, risks, issues, and stakeholder management

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies is preferred

OneKey experience is highly desirable

Experience with Pitcher / Salesforce / CLM / Commercial CRM is a plus

Excellent stakeholder and communication skills

Fluent English and Spanish

Experience working with LATAM / integral stakeholders

Comfortable working in a remote, globally distributed environment
