We are seeking an experienced IT Coordinator to lead our IT support and infrastructure operations. This role is central to ensuring the security, stability, and scalability of our technology environment — with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and PowerShell, deep familiarity with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance frameworks, and proven leadership managing technical teams in dynamic, high-demand environments.

You bring deep expertise in cloud technologies, network administration, and information security, complemented by strong leadership capabilities and a structured approach to problem-solving. You excel at collaborating across teams, managing strategic vendor relationships, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency while supporting business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the IT Support and Infrastructure teams, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational continuity.
- Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, encompassing firewalls, routers, Windows Server, Linux, virtual machines, Microsoft Azure, and RPA solutions.
- Safeguard the security, availability, and integrity of IT systems while ensuring full compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT policies, security standards, and operational best practices are consistently implemented.
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, overseeing user accounts, access controls, and permission management.
- Provide technical leadership and support in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software,



and infrastructure issues.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve IT policies, procedures, and technical documentation in alignment with the organization's technology strategy.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee technology-related contracts to ensure quality, value, and strategic alignment.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to design and deliver technology solutions that advance business objectives and drive operational excellence.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading and developing technical teams.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
- Strong proficiency in Windows and Linux server administration.
- Experience with PowerShell or Python scripting for automation and systems management.
- Demonstrated experience with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to perform in agile, fast-paced, and high-demand environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Foundational knowledge of software development principles and database management.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
