Tenant Evaluation is expanding, and this role is a unique opportunity to own the full visual output of a group of companies from day one. One person, full creative ownership, constantly building and evolving across brands with precision and a sharp eye for what makes each one distinct.

What You'll Own

- End-to-end design and production: social media statics, single posts, carousels, banners, landing pages, one-pagers, and printed marketing materials
- Build and revise landing page sections and boards in Figma, incorporating AI-assisted workflows
- Apply revisions from multiple stakeholders, often on same-day turnarounds
- Maintain a running library of brand-appropriate templates and components
- Design internal-facing assets: slide templates, announcements, and similar materials
- Use AI tools daily , Nano Banana, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney , to speed up ideation and first drafts, then polish to final brand standard
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership across the group

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- At least 2 years inside a marketing agency or creative studio, owning at least 5 clients or brands simultaneously,



applying revisions and keeping brand guidelines completely distinct. This is non-negotiable
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AI tools already integrated into your daily design workflow: Nano Banana, Gemini, Claude, and Midjourney. This is non-negotiable
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, comfortable with last-minute changes and fast turnarounds
- Experience designing and building landing pages in Figma, including AI-assisted workflows
- Expert-level proficiency in UI/UX platforms
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience working with or for international companies serving the US market
- Fluent Spanish
- English B2 or higher

Nice to Have

- Basic video or motion design skills for short-form social content, Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Experience building or maintaining multi-brand design systems or style guides
- Familiarity with Notion or similar project management tools
- Experience in a fully remote or distributed team

What We Offer

- Contractor agreement
- 15 days of paid time off per year, plus 1 additional day per year of seniority (up to 20 days)

- Compensation in USD, paid monthly between the 1st and 5th of the following month
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM , 4:00 PM Colombia time
