- Shift: Day Shift | Monday- Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST | Weekends Off

Qualifications

- At least 3 years of experience in employment litigation practice
- Knowledge and experience in United States employment law
- Knowledge of Maine or Massachusetts law is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to all areas of civil litigation practice, including case development, pleadings and motions,



depositions and discovery, document management, and trial work
- Develop cases through background material review and witness interviews
- Draft Maine Human Rights Commission complaints
- Draft court complaints
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft briefs for summary judgment practice in employment litigation
- Draft discovery requests
- Respond to discovery and organize document production
- Prepare for and participate in depositions
- Contribute to trial work
- Contribute to appellate work
