Job Title: Customer Creation Agent

Department: Customer Creations

Reports To: Creation Manager Location: Remote Position

Role Description

This is a remote contractor position for a Customer Creations Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers through various stages of their smart home and security solution setup. Key tasks include ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, providing comprehensive customer support, improving the customer experience, and facilitating seamless communication between internal teams and customers.

Essential Job Duties:

- Create and set up new customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify customer information to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards
- Coordinate with sales, operations,



and customer service teams to support smooth onboarding
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information prior to account activation
- Maintain accurate customer records within internal systems and CRM platforms
- Ensure adherence to onboarding processes, policies, and data governance requirements
- Support continuous improvement of onboarding workflows and documentation
- Respond to internal inquiries related to customer setup and account status
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

This role is primarily performed in an office or remote office environment. Individuals must be able to:

- Sit for extended periods while working at a computer
- Use hands and fingers for typing, data entry, and operating standard office equipment
- Frequently communicate verbally via phone, email, or video conferencing
- Occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach as needed in a typical office setting

Qualifications

- Reside in Colombia and be legally authorized to perform services as an independent contractor
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical, vocational, or university studies preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service,



account administration, data entry, onboarding, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately review, verify, and process customer information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; professional business communication skills required
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other web-based business applications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information appropriately
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, computer equipment, headset, and a dedicated professional workspace suitable for remote work
- Availability to work the assigned schedule
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a performance-driven remote environment
- Experience in telecommunications, home security, smart home technology, or related industries is preferred but not required
