As a Sea Logistics Intermodal Expert, you will play a critical role in coordinating inland transportation and intermodal operations while ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout the shipment lifecycle.

How you create impact:
- Coordinate and manage inland transportation and intermodal operations for import and export shipments.
- Ensure seamless execution of freight movements by collaborating with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor shipments end-to-end, providing visibility and proactive communication regarding shipment status, delays, and operational updates.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation providers to ensure service quality and operational performance.
- Analyze operational KPIs and generate reports to identify improvement opportunities and support business decisions.
- Resolve operational issues, exceptions, and service disruptions while implementing corrective actions when required.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Care, Operations, Finance, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met.

What we would like you to bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Sea Logistics, Intermodal Transportation, Inland Transportation, or International Logistics.
- Strong knowledge of ocean freight operations, intermodal transportation, and supply chain processes.
