About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative / Call Center Specialist to support policyholders within the insurance industry. This fully remote role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support, assisting clients and agents, and managing inbound service requests in a fast-paced call center environment.
Adecuado for professionals with call center, customer support, or insurance customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist policyholders, agents, and consultants with insurance-related inquiries
- Explain policy benefits, provisions, and available options clearly
- Support customer retention through effective service and problem resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Verify customer identity and follow compliance procedures
- Perform administrative and clerical support tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Data entry experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Basic math skills
