About the Role
EVO Colombia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CHHA Intake Specialist to support our healthcare operations team. This position plays a critical role in coordinating intake activities, communicating with healthcare facilities and home care agencies, and ensuring all required information is obtained accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage CHHA intake requests accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with healthcare facilities, home health agencies, and other providers to obtain required documentation and information.
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Meet daily productivity goals and established deadlines.
- Escalate issues appropriately when additional support is needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely case completion.
- Adhere to company procedures, compliance standards, and quality expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, customer service, healthcare support, intake, coordination, or similar role.
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence making outbound phone calls.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
- Availability to work on-site in Cali, Valle del Cauca.
