Qualifications

Education

- Associate degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent qualification, preferred

Skills and Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration or a related Human Resources function
- Experience in a professional employer organization (PEO) or outsourced services environment preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience translating benefits-related content from English into Spanish preferred

Computer Skills
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of spreadsheet, database,



and word-processing applications

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project concepts, objectives, and delivery approaches.
- Maintain accurate client and employee benefits information in HRIS and CRM systems.
- Configure benefit plans and enrollment requirements using online tools.
- Support internal training on new system functionality and operational procedures.
- Manage assigned work independently and escalate issues to ensure timely completion.
- Preserve system integrity by processing audit reports and delivering them to internal analyst teams.
- Conduct benefits audits and improve related reports.
- Translate benefit plan content and system terminology from English into Spanish.
- Respond to internal inquiries within established service timeframes.
- Assist in developing and improving analyst workflows and Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting processes.
- Recommend process improvements using existing or proposed technologies.
- Document and track all completed work in the CRM system.
