We're expanding our outbound sales team and looking for experienced, bilingual appointment setters who can drive qualified leads and close deals.

Make high-volume outbound cold calls to U.S. homeowners, qualify prospects, schedule appointments for our Project Managers, and close deals to earn commissions. This is a performance-driven, commission-heavy role where your earning potential is directly tied to your results.

What You'll Do

- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to U.S. homeowners in target markets
- Communicate fluently in Spanish with homeowners; professional English with internal team
- Build rapport, identify home improvement needs, and qualify prospects
- Explain Novara's roofing and home improvement services confidently
- Handle objections and overcome initial resistance with persuasion skills
- Schedule qualified appointments (Showed Appointments) for Project Managers
- Close sales and ensure customers commit to services
- Follow up with prospects to improve appointment show rates
- Maintain accurate notes and lead information in CRM (ReadyMode or similar platform)
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals and challenge targets

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

- Fluent Spanish – native or near-native level
- Conversational/professional English
- 1+ year cold calling, appointment setting, sales, or telemarketing experience
- Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Confident, professional phone presence




- Results-driven and motivated by performance incentives

Preferred Experience:
- Experience calling U.S. homeowners
- Background in roofing, construction, home improvement, solar, HVAC, windows/doors, insurance, mortgage, or telecommunications
- CRM and auto-dialer experience (ReadyMode, VICIdial, Five9, GoHighLevel, etc.)

Equipment & Setup Requirements
- Reliable computer or laptop
- Professional headset with working microphone
- Stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum requirements checked during interview)
- Quiet, dedicated home office/workspace suitable for professional outbound calls

Compensation & Work Schedule

BASE PAY

$5.00 USD per hour

PERFORMANCE COMMISSIONS

$25 USD for each Showed Appointment (qualified homeowner who attends their consultation)

$50 USD for each Closed Sale generated from your appointments

$10 USD bonus when a Showed Appointment AND sale occur on the same calendar day

Example Weekly Earnings (One 6-hour shift per day):

- Base Pay: 30 hours/week × $5 = $150
- 4 Showed Appointments × $25 = $100
- 2 Closed Sales × $50 = $100
- Same-day bonuses × $10 = $20
- Weekly Total: $370 USD

WORK SCHEDULE
- 6-hour shifts, 6 days per week (rotational schedule)
- One unpaid break of 30–35 minutes per shift
- Rotational work cycle: 6 business days, then 1 week working 7 days (approximately every 2–3 weeks)
- Adaptable schedule: New rotation assigned each week

ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES

Payment Terms
- Bi-weekly payment schedule




- Hours logged in Client's designated timekeeping system
- Commissions verified through CRM/ReadyMode before payment
- Payment by wire transfer, Wise, or Client-approved method

Contract Terms
- Independent Contractor Agreement (Florida law)
- Pilot Period (first 2 months): 1 day termination notice
- After Pilot: 3 days termination notice
- Non-Disclosure Agreement required
