Responsibilities

- Develop and execute market growth strategies across LATAM.

- Build and manage relationships with KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, media, and ecosystem partners.

- Identify new business opportunities and drive user acquisition and trading volume.

- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements from onboarding through long-term collaboration.

- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to execute regional campaigns.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

- Represent the company at industry events and strengthen our regional presence.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Growth, Partnerships, Business Development, or related roles.

- Experience in the crypto, Web3, fintech, or digital asset industry is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of the LATAM crypto market and ecosystem.

- Existing network of KOLs, affiliates, communities, or blockchain projects is a strong advantage.

- Professional English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is highly preferred.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
