We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our globally distributed team!

What You'll Do

- Process, validate, and reconcile vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage weekly payment runs, ensuring timely and compliant disbursements.
- Monitor AP aging, review outstanding balances, and resolve discrepancies proactively.
- Maintain vendor records, contracts, and documentation to support audits and reporting.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and internal teams to verify approvals and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax rules, and accounting standards.

What You Bring

- Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of AP workflows,



general accounting principles, and invoice lifecycle.
- Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems (Yardi preferred).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies.
- Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and continuous process improvement.
