Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting key accounting functions, including month-end close activities, journal entries, fixed asset accounting, account reconciliations, financial statement analysis, and capital expenditure tracking.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Manage fixed asset accounting, including asset additions, transfers, disposals, and depreciation calculations.
- Review and process capital expenditure (CapEx) additions in accordance with company policies and accounting requirements.
- Prepare monthly fixed asset and balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.




- Track and analyze CapEx budgets versus presente spending and provide variance analysis.
- Analyze financial statements and investigate significant fluctuations or variances.
- Ensure accounting records and responsible areas are complete and accurate in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Support internal and external audit requests and assist with the documentation required during audit processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve accounting issues.
- Support FP&A; activities related to budgeting, forecasting, and actual spend analysis.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks and assignments as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or related roles.
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and fixed asset accounting principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- English proficiency: B2+ preferred.
