implementing, and improving operational processes and workflows.
- Ability to analyze KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international, or high-growth organization is a plus.
