We're looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to lead paid acquisition efforts across Meta, Google, and other digital advertising platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that successful paid media isn't just about launching campaigns; it's about maximizing profitability. You'll be responsible for optimizing the entire acquisition funnel, analyzing campaign performance, improving conversion rates, and making strategic decisions that drive sustainable growth.
- Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and LTV.
- Identify profitability issues and optimize the entire conversion funnel.
- Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives, landing pages, and offers.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
- Manage advertising budgets and scale high-performing campaigns.




- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve campaign results.
- Implement and maintain tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platforms.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, AI tools, and platform updates.

Requirements:
- Resume in English.
- Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written).
- 4+ years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven experience optimizing campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CAC, and profitability.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Experience managing six-figure monthly advertising budgets is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, Lead Generation, or Performance Marketing campaigns.
- Ability to translate data into actionable optimization strategies.
