Custom Doors designs and manufactures premium wood doors for homeowners, designers, architects, builders, and developers. We are hiring a senior salesperson to own our incoming leads and turn them into closed, high-value orders — and to set the standard for our growing sales team.

This is a role for a natural, top-tier closer who can make a high-end client feel they are dealing with the most professional door company they have spoken to, from the very first call.

What you'll do
- Understand each client's project: door type, material, glass, finish, hardware, dimensions, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate with our production team on feasibility and lead times, then build clear, professional quotes.
- Run the full sales cycle: follow up, handle objections, and close.
- Keep a clean, current pipeline so nothing slips.
- Help lead and set the standard for the sales team, reporting to the Sales Manager.

What we're looking for
- Proven track record closing in a premium, custom, or considered-purchase environment (doors, windows, millwork, cabinetry, building products, luxury home goods,



or high-end furniture/finishes adecuado).
- Exceptional phone and verbal communication — articulate, calm, and credible with high-end clients.
- Comfortable learning product specs and discussing materials, finishes, and measurements.
- Self-driven and organized, with relentless follow-up and clean CRM habits.
- A quiet, professional environment suitable for client calls.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
