SENA student currently pursuing a technical or technological program in Accounting and Finance, seeking an opportunity to complete the practical training stage and gain hands-on experience in accounting, financial, and administrative processes.

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support process and activities relate to AR, AP, Inventory, Costs, closing activities and daily activities related to managing his/ her direct report.
- File and maintain supporting documentation for accounting and financial reports.
- Organize and archive supporting documents related to local tax returns and filings.
- Assist in preparing accounting and local financial reports, documents archive.
- Enter financial information into spreadsheets and web portals (Public Entities).
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Verify documents according to company procedures.
- Provide administrative and accounting support to the Finance and Accounting team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE




- Active SENA student enrolled in a program related to Accounting, Accounting and Finance.
- Eligible to begin the practical training stage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, Excel, and document management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- No previous work experience required.

SKILLS
- Responsibility, teamwork, attention to detail, organization, effective communication, commitment, and confidentiality when handling financial information. Excellent communication and presentation skills, in both oral and written.
- Strong understanding of financial controls and processes.
- Proven problem-solving experience and process focus.
- Ability to work alone or within virtual teams.

Employment Type:
- SENA practical training / apprenticeship contract, according to company conditions and applicable Colombian regulations.
