Job description.:
Huge is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Product Management craft. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional crafts to define the core product vision, goals, functionality, and requirements while establishing a shared set of objectives by building collective consensus on priorities leading to product delivery and beyond.
What you'll be doing.:
- Define and manage product roadmaps to realize business goals and strategies.
- Collaborate with user experience experts, visual designers, and engineers to reach the best possible version of a feature to bring to market.
- Create and maintain feature backlogs, and product documentation such as PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications.
- Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing, and lead product launches.
- Validate & identify strategic opportunities through research, data analysis, A/B testing, competitive research and other relevant tools.
- Act as the voice of the user and key stakeholders during day to day aspects of product development.
- Help define and refine working processes in order to maximize efficiency in constantly evolving environments.
- Mentor and manage team members.
