DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Understand the processes involved in international shipping from purchase order to delivery of cargo at ultimate destination
Assist GF personnel and other third parties with inquiries and problem resolution
Generate, file, and maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records, reports, shipment documentation, etc.
Provide tracking and tracing services for customer shipments
Provide support and backup for the delivery and turnovers
Perform load-audits
Provide reporting and documentation collection support to general forward
