As an Associate Clinical Specialist, you will provide clinical and technical support during procedures, delivering on-site education to help achieve better clinical outcomes.
You will collaborate with clinical and commercial teams to drive the adoption of new technologies, support the growth of assigned accounts, and ensure a positive customer experience while developing your expertise through training and certification programs.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Provide on-site education and clinical consulting
Deliver field support to healthcare professionals in providing services to Medtronic customers and achieving the best possible patient outcomes
Partner with sales colleagues to develop and execute sales plans across one or more business units
Participate in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness and knowledge
Work closely with the Clinical Lead, Clinical Management, and Regional Commercial teams to provide customer and sales support
Identify and facilitate the execution of sales growth opportunities and clinical support initiatives
Serve as a technical resource
