Essential Functions
Develop the project scopes-of-work, milestones, and timeline and budget and track these accurately, updating the necessary tracking systems e.g. Salesforce,.
In cooperation with the Program Director, oversee implementing the project whilst adhering to the approved timeline and budget constraints, supporting the Finance and Logistics Coordinator in tracking and reviewing all field related expenses.
Manage and coordinate program activities (including in WASH and Shelter sectors), as well as develop additional scopes of work as identified, in coordination with the Program Director, Field Team, and Off-program Support.
Attend relevant Coordination and Cluster meetings to engage with other organisations, seek strategic partnerships, and understand the larger response environment and how the organisation can fill gaps.
Ensure compliance with Sphere Standards, CHS, donor requirements,



and organizational SOPs.
Conduct regular field monitoring visits and use findings to improve implementation
Oversee beneficiary assessments, targeting, registration, verification, distributions, and post-distribution monitoring.
Continuously develop and evaluate the project scope, quality and impact, through a meaningful monitoring and evaluation framework.
Support the Program Director in the development, implementation, and review of the Health, Safety and Security procedures.
Recruit and train project team members to ensure compliance with project standards in safety and implementation quality.
Provide supportive leadership, manage a diverse staff team, volunteers and local staff and empower them to carry out their work effectively and efficiently.
Manage and support the field team to implement efficient procurement processes for the project sites.
