Team Overview
The Senior Manager, Integral Technology – Decision Solutions is responsible for leading the evolution, stability, scalability, and operational performance of TransUnion’s Decision Engine Fraud platform and related Decision Solutions technologies. This role drives business outcomes by ensuring reliable service delivery, accelerating technology modernization, supporting client implementations, and enabling innovation across fraud and risk management solutions. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Define and execute the technology strategy for Decision Engine Fraud and related platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise technology roadmaps.
Lead platform modernization initiatives that improve scalability, resiliency, performance, and operational efficiency.
Oversee end-to-end software delivery, including solution design,



development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to prioritize strategic initiatives and technology investments.
Drive continuous improvement programs that increase delivery effectiveness, improve product quality, and reduce operational risk.
Ensure platform availability, reliability, security, and compliance across development, testing, and production environments.
Lead the resolution of critical production incidents, coordinate root cause analysis activities, and implement long-term corrective actions.
Support client implementations and post-sales technology engagements by ensuring solution readiness and operational excellence.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to platform performance, service availability, deployment quality, and operational effectiveness.
