The Orchard is seeking a Manager, Solutions to oversee the client experience, coordinating with Orchard clients and internal teams. You will supervise onboarding and ensure positive experiences across operational questions and concerns.
This role requires proactive problem solving, attention to detail, and a love for all types of music. You'll work with administration, legal, finance, and operations to address client needs, and ensure smooth release metadata and digital release setups.
