As a Compliance Specialist, you will support the driver onboarding process by ensuring all required documentation, screenings, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and collaborate closely with Hiring Specialists to maintain an efficient onboarding pipeline.
- Respond to inbound calls, text messages, and emails from candidates.
- Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
- Review and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Follow up on missing requirements and schedule pre-employment screenings.
- Run daily recruiting and compliance reports.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with Hiring Specialists to ensure timely progression of candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in compliance, recruiting, onboarding, customer service, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
