Presales Specialist
, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospective tenants, helping them navigate the leasing process, gather key information, and coordinate with property management teams—all while working from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Communicating with prospective residents to gather key details (name, contact, move-in date, etc.)
✔️ Creating and updating “Guest Cards” and contact records
✔️ Scheduling in-person tours with onsite leasing teams
✔️ Answering questions via phone and email, helping residents feel informed and confident
✔️ Keeping accurate notes and tracking every conversation
✔️ Sharing updates and aligning with the U.S. property management team
