MHHome Solutions is a Miami, Florida–based residential construction and home improvement company serving homeowners across South Florida.

Our work includes roofing, impact windows and doors, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, complete home renovations, permitting coordination, and project execution.

Because we work directly with homeowners throughout the entire renovation process, customer experience and communication are critical to our success.

We are looking for a highly proactive, energetic Customer Experience Specialist who can take ownership of the customer relationship from the moment a project is sold through completion.

The Opportunity

This is not a passive customer service position.

We are looking for someone who naturally takes initiative, communicates constantly, follows up without being asked, and makes sure customers always know what is happening with their project.





You will serve as a key point of contact throughout the entire customer journey — from Sale to Finish.

You'll communicate with homeowners, coordinate information with internal teams and project personnel, identify issues before they become problems, and make sure customers feel informed, supported, and taken care of throughout their construction project.

The adecuado candidate is high-energy, extremely proactive, organized, responsive, and genuinely customer-focused.

What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle, from sale through completion.
- Maintain constant and proactive communication with customers.
- Follow up with customers regularly regarding project status, scheduling, next steps, and outstanding items.
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, and requests.
