The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with leadership to guide a motivated sales team, strengthen daily operations, and ensure consistent follow‑up and quality across all communication channels. This role focuses on

What You’ll Own
- Support, guide, and motivate a growing sales team in daily activities
- Ensure all leads receive follow‑up within 24 hours
- Monitor call quality, consistency, and effectiveness
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
- Run sales reports to evaluate individual and team performance, and ensuring agents hit their weekly and monthly sales goals
- Oversee CRM accuracy, lead flow, and activity tracking
- Monitor call volume, text messaging, and follow‑up metrics
- Collaborate with leadership to improve team performance
- Help streamline workflows and support lead‑conversion strategi
