Role Description:
We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and growth initiatives. This is a 100% remote position, engaged as an independent contractor under a service agreement (not a direct employment relationship), following the U.S. business calendar. This role is adecuado for a strategic,



bilingual professional with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through new business development, lead generation, and strategic partnerships — particularly within US-based organizations or markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategies to attract new clients and expand our customer base
- Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach and market research
- Identify and evaluate new commercial and business opportunities
- Initiate contact with prospective clients and manage the full follow-up process through to close
- Develop and nurture strategic alliances and partnerships that support business growth
- Lead marketing initiatives to strengthen company positioning and brand visibility in target markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to align growth strategies
- Track and report on pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and business development KPIs
