Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled, strategic, and data-driven
Search Lead
who is fully bilingual in Spanish and English. The Search Lead will lead the development and execution of search strategies across client accounts, transforming search behavior, performance data, and consumer intent into actionable recommendations that drive organic growth, visibility, and measurable business outcomes.

This role requires advanced Search expertise, strong client-facing capabilities, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary initiatives and team members. The idóneo candidate combines strategic thinking, technical SEO knowledge, analytics expertise, and strong communication skills to identify growth opportunities and translate complex findings into clear strategic roadmaps.

- Location:
100% Remote, open to candidates based in Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Mexico, Colombia.
- Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Costa Rica Time.
- Language Proficiency:
Spanish: Advanced | English: C1+ reading, writing, and conversation.
- Availability:
Immediate availability preferred

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the ideation, definition, development, and execution of Search strategies and recommendations across client accounts.
- Develop data-driven Search strategies rooted in user intent, business objectives, market behavior, and performance insights.
- Identify consumer search behavior, market gaps, competitive opportunities, and areas of organic growth, translating findings into actionable strategic roadmaps.
