Case Manager / Intake Specialist
to join our team on a long-term, full-time basis.

About the Role

The Case Manager / Intake Specialist will be a key point of contact for both prospective and existing clients. The role will involve client intake, case management, scheduling, follow-up, and general administrative support.

The idóneo candidate is professional, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients in
both English and Spanish

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and conduct initial client intake
- Gather and organize client information and documentation
- Schedule consultations, medical appointments, and follow-up calls
- Communicate with clients regarding case status and next steps
- Follow up with clients, medical providers, and other third parties
- Maintain accurate and organized case files
- Manage calendars, deadlines, reminders, and follow-up tasks
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Use legal technology, CRM, case management, and AI tools provided by the firm
- Learn and adapt to new systems and workflows as the firm grows

Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
