Guest Service Representative

Full-Time or Part-Time | Remote

Days: Thursday through Monday (includes weekends)

We’re a corporate housing company in need of a Guest Experience Representative. This person willdeliver a smooth, thoughtful, and high-quality experience for guests while supporting the operational excellence behind each stay.This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and highly reliable. The right candidate combines strong customer service instincts with the ability to stay organized, follow through, and keep many moving pieces on track. They are proactive, polished, and take pride in making sure things are handled thoroughly and professionally.

Position Overview

The Guest Experience Representative will ensure guests have a smooth, positive experience from beginning to end. This person will be a key part of keeping everything running smoothly by supporting guests, coordinating day-to-day details, and helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

This role is a great fit for someone who is warm, dependable, and quick to respond,

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in guest services, hospitality, property management, leasing, or another customer-facing operations environment.

The right person brings excellent customer service skills and a real sense of empathy for others. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They take initiative, communicate clearly and professionally, and can be counted on to follow through and do things well.
