What You’ll Do
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to drive alignment and decision-making; act as a trusted advisor linking solutions to business outcomes
- Design scalable Procure-to-Invoice solutions across Coupa modules and translate technical capabilities into business value
- Lead functional design and delivery using proven methodologies; manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment
- Identify opportunities to expand adoption and scope, driving additional value through new use cases and SOW growth
- Improve delivery frameworks and COE initiatives by building playbooks, training, and enablement
- Mentor team members, ensure quality standards, and confidently engage executives while communicating complex ideas clearly
What You Will Bring to Coupa
- Must have 5+ years of enterprise software implementation experience across eProcurement solutions such as Coupa, iValua, Ariba
