Role Description
The Cold Calling Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasadena, CA. This position is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective investors, partners, and clients to introduce ATP’s real estate development and investment services, qualify leads,



and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales and development teams. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining call lists and contact records, following call scripts while adapting messaging to individual prospects, and accurately documenting outcomes in the CRM or tracking system. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to refine outreach strategies, gathering feedback from prospects, and supporting ongoing business development efforts. The Cold Calling Specialist is expected to meet daily and weekly activity goals while representing ATP in a professional and courteous manner.
