Innovate AI Solutions is a technology company powering back-office operations for U.S. ground transportation and 3PL companies. We're looking for an
Accounting Analyst
to join our Accounting team and help run invoicing, AP, and AR processes for our U.S.-based clients.

What you'll do:

? Process accounts payable — validate carrier invoices against BOL, POD, and rate confirmations

? Manage accounts receivable — issue invoices, track payments, apply cash

? Keep transaction records accurate and up to date in the client's system

? Flag discrepancies or missing documents to your Senior Analyst





? Support AP/AR aging reports and maintain carrier/customer data

What we're looking for:

✅ Degree (or in progress) in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field

✅ 1+ year of experience in accounting, AP/AR, or invoicing

✅ English B2 — comfortable reading financial docs, invoices, and carrier emails

✅ Solid Excel skills and attention to detail

✅ A proactive, organized mindset that thrives on accuracy
